Logistics Manager (Indore)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee transportation operations, fleet management, and supply chain processes. The role involves ensuring timely delivery, optimizing routes, reducing costs, and maintaining high service quality. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily transport operations, fleet, and driver allocation
- Plan routes and ensure timely deliveries
- Handle vendor and driver coordination
- Monitor costs, fuel usage, and improve efficiency
- Prepare and manage E-way bills as per GST norms
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and documentation
- Coordinate with clients and resolve delivery issues
- Track performance and prepare basic reports Requirements:
- 3–7 years in logistics/transport
- Knowledge of fleet management & route planning
- Hands-on experience with E-way bill & GST compliance
