Plumber/Pipefitter (Indore)

Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Installation & Assembly: Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes, tubes, and fittings using hand and power tools. Install fixtures and appliances like sinks, toilets, bathtubs, dishwashers, and water heaters.
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and potential leaks using pressure gauges. Trace and locate the source of malfunctions like blockages or low water pressure.
- Repair & Maintenance: Clear blocked drainage systems, repair or replace burst pipes, service central heating systems, and mend leaking valves.
- Blueprint Reading: Review architectural and plumbing blueprints to accurately map out piping layouts and determine pipe sizing prior to installation.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, legal regulations, and safety standards. Conduct preventative maintenance to avoid system failures.
- Project Management: Prepare cost estimates and bids for clients, manage material inventory, and coordinate with other construction trades (such as electricians and general contractors) Pay: ₹8,086.00
