- Welcome and assist gym members and visitors
- Handle calls, inquiries, and membership information
- Manage registrations and maintain records
- Coordinate appointments and daily schedules
- Maintain a professional and friendly front desk environment Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS-excel
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to manage customers politely and confidently
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred Job Details
