Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Agent with a background in BPO operations to support logistics and shipment-related processes. The role involves handling back-office operations, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Candidate should have sound knowledge of Logistics business processes, BPO, Import Export documentation
- Enable to set up new business processes / procedures for Logistics Freight forwarders companies,
- Experience in project planning, design implementation, monitoring hand in hand out between stakeholders
- Experience in Operations Process. Vendor, Liner management / Follow up and tracking procedures
- Familiar in Logistics Marketplace concepts and customer demands
- Managing & improving Customer Experience
- Managing SLAs, AHT, Utilization, Outliers, Attendance, and Attrition
- Effective Floor Management during volume processing and TAT deadlines Required Skills & Qualifications-
- Experience in BPO / BPS / back-office operations
- Good understanding of operational processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)
- Strong data entry and documentation skills
- Valuable communication and attention to detail
