Structural Production Manager (Indore)

The Structural Production Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimizing daily operations within the steel fabrication facility. This individual manages workflow allocations across cutting, fitting, welding, assembly, and dispatch phases. They will enforce international structural codes, manage a diverse floor workforce, and iron out bottlenecks to maintain continuous workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. - Education: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Structural, Production, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of direct shop-floor management experience in heavy steel fabrication, PEB environments.
- Technical Skills: Deep working knowledge of structural welding processes, steel section capabilities, and fabrication sequence operations.
- Software Literacy: Ability to comfortably read and navigate designs exported from structural detailing suites like Tekla or AutoCAD.
