We're scaling our YouTube and social media presence fast, creating content that educates, not just entertains. If you're someone who gets a kick out of turning a complicated derivatives concept into a 60-second reel that actually clicks, or crafting a long-form explainer that keeps viewers watching till the end, and have a knack for turning complicated financial concepts into visual masterpieces you're the person we're looking for. ???? The role You'll own the edit, from concept to export. That means long-form explainers on YouTube breaking down complex financial concepts, short-form reels that stop the scroll, app promo videos that feel premium, and motion graphics that make trading charts and investing jargon actually make sense to a first-time investor. We want visual masterpieces that are not just crafted understanding the context but are also clean, modern, educational but never boring. You'll be the person who makes that happen for ArihantPlus. What you'll do
- Edit long-form YouTube videos on financial concepts, trading strategies, market analysis, and investing
- making complex ideas feel clear and compelling
- Cut reels and short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms — fast-paced, thumb-stopping, and on-brand
- Create motion graphics, lower thirds, animated charts, and data visualisations that translate financial information visually
- Produce app promotion and product feature videos that feel polished, catchy, and modern
- Use AI tools smartly — for voiceovers, B-roll generation, subtitles, upscaling, or speeding up repetitive tasks, without losing the human craft in the edit
- Review scripts and final cuts with a sharp eye for factual accuracy, grammar, and brand voice
- Bring your own ideas — new formats, visual styles, storytelling angles, and push the team creatively Who you are
- You have a minimum of 2 years of solid hands-on experience editing finance, investment, trading, or fintech content — you understand the subject matter and know how to pace it
- You're fluent in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent and also video editing app for faster delivery, and you know your way around the full post-production workflow
- You've used AI tools in your editing pipeline and know how to leverage them without letting them dull your work
- You have a strong eye for detail, you spot the jump cut, the misaligned graphic, the spelling error in the lower third
- Your English is strong — both reading and writing, so you can catch mistakes in scripts and titles before they go live
- You meet deadlines. Not sometimes. Always.
- You're curious, self-driven, and genuinely interested in financial markets, not just the editing
