Machine Operator / Line Operator – Hygiene Manufacturing Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh Experience: 2 – 7 Years Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Industry: Manufacturing / Hygiene Products / FMCG Employment Type: Full-Time Salary
- Assistant Operator: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Main Operator / Senior Operator: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Job Overview We are looking for skilled and production-focused Machine Operators / Line Operators for hygiene product manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for machine operation, production activities, quality monitoring, process control, troubleshooting, and achieving shift production targets while ensuring safety and quality standards. Candidates with experience in diaper, sanitary napkin, FMCG, packaging, or automated manufacturing industries will be preferred. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines and hygiene manufacturing lines.
- Ensure smooth production operations with minimum downtime and wastage.
- Handle raw material loading, splicing, unwinding, and machine setup activities.
- Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and product quality standards.
- Maintain production targets, quality standards, and shift productivity.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and support preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams during operations.
- Maintain production records, machine data, and shift documentation.
- Follow GMP, safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
- Support line changeovers, line clearance, and process corrections.
- Train junior operators or helpers on machine operation and safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, and company policies. Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical.
- 2–7 years of experience in:
- Machine Operations,
- Production Line Operations,
- FMCG Manufacturing,
- Hygiene Product Manufacturing,
- Automated Production Lines.
- Knowledge of:
- Production Processes,
- Machine Handling,
- Quality Inspection,
- GMP & 5S Practices,
- Documentation & Shift Reporting.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and manufacturing environments.
