For more details, please visit Job Title Executive Production ( API ) Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking an Executive Production for our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing facility. This role involves overseeing and executing production activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality API manufacturing processes.
- Supervise and execute day-to-day API production operations, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor process parameters, troubleshoot deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain production schedules and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain production equipment, including reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other API manufacturing machinery.
- Prepare and review batch production records, ensuring accurate documentation of all manufacturing steps and data.
- Participate in process optimization initiatives to improve yield, reduce cycle time, and enhance overall production efficiency.
- Conduct in-process checks and sampling, ensuring materials and products meet specified quality attributes.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve production-related issues and support investigations.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior production staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and lean manufacturing initiatives within the production department. Job Qualifications
- Qualification Required : B.Tech / BE Chemical
- 2-5 years of experience in API production within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality systems relevant to API manufacturing.
- Proven experience with various API production unit operations (e.g., reaction, crystallization, filtration, drying).
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs;, batch records, and other technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
