Job Title: Project Coordinator Industry: Textile / Fashion & Apparel Location: Indore Company: Visko Group Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to manage and support day-to-day operations within our textile and apparel projects. The candidate will coordinate between different departments such as production, design, sourcing, and sales to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams for project execution
- Track project timelines, production schedules, and order status
- Ensure timely delivery of garments and textile products
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist in quality checks and ensure standards are maintained
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Identify delays or issues and escalate to management
- Support project planning and execution strategies Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of textile and apparel production processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Problem-solving and time management skills Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in textile, garment, or apparel industry preferred Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in handling production or merchandising coordination
- Familiarity with fabric sourcing, garment manufacturing, and supply chain processes Pay: ₹20,000.00
