Job Summary We are looking for smart, professional, and computer-savvy Back Office Executives to manage online operations and coordinate with corporate clients for our growing Corporate Printing & Advertising business. The candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of presentations, basic Excel skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day back office operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily back office and online operations
- Coordinate with corporate clients and companies through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Prepare professional presentations, quotations, and reports
- Maintain client records and order details
- Support the sales and operations team
- Manage data entry and documentation work
- Follow up with clients regarding approvals, updates, and deliveries
- Assist in creative and promotional tasks when required
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office
- Ability to create professional presentations
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Professional email drafting skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good organizational and multitasking skills Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation
- Experience in back office, advertising, printing, or client handling will be preferred
