- Prepare training materials in line with industry and DGCA standards
- Conduct mock interviews, role-plays, and performance assessments
- Foster a disciplined and positive learning setting
- Coordinate with placement teams to prepare students for job opportunities Desired Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (aviation/hospitality background preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a trainer, cabin crew, or ground staff
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for mentoring and training students
