The Structural Production Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimizing daily operations within the steel fabrication facility. This individual manages workflow allocations across cutting, fitting, welding, assembly, and dispatch phases. They will enforce international structural codes, manage a diverse floor workforce, and iron out bottlenecks to maintain continuous workflow efficiency.

Job Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Structural, Production, or Mechanical Engineering. Technical Skills: Deep working knowledge of structural welding processes, steel section capabilities, and fabrication sequence operations. Software Literacy: Ability to comfortably read and navigate designs exported from structural detailing suites like Tekla or AutoCAD. Soft Skills: Authoritative floor leadership, exceptional spatial problem-solving skills, and the capacity to make definitive technical decisions under strict deadlines.
