Role Description

As an Event Management Intern, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events for SMT Labs. Your responsibilities will include logistics coordination, event scheduling, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of event-related requirements. You will also support marketing efforts to promote events and facilitate training sessions. This is a full time, on-site role based in Indore.

Qualifications

Robust skills in Event Planning and Event Management

Excellent Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and vendors

Experience or interest in Marketing, with a focus on event promotion

Ability to assist with Training and provide on-ground support for events

Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools is a plus
