Role: Field Executive – Schools for Forests Project
<\/h3>
The Field Executive shall support the effective delivery of the School for Forest project by coordinating school engagements, facilitating educational sessions, and managing student experiences at the BD Hub.
<\/p>
Key Responsibilities
<\/h3> Conduct school outreach and coordinate schedules, permissions, and student participation.
<\/p> <\/li> Deliver approved educational sessions on climate change, biodiversity, and environmental themes.
<\/p> <\/li> Plan and facilitate student visits to BD Hub, ensuring smooth logistics, safety, and structured activities.
<\/p> <\/li> Maintain accurate digital records, attendance, reports, photographs, and participant feedback.
<\/p> <\/li> Support employee engagement programs and coordinate with the BD Hub team for activity readiness.
<\/p> <\/li> Participate in meetings and reviews, and undertake additional responsibilities for effective program implementation.

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications
<\/h3> D.Ed., B.Ed., Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW), or equivalent qualification in Education or Social Sciences.
<\/p> <\/li> Prior experience in school engagement, teaching, community outreach, or environmental education will be preferred.
<\/p> <\/li> <\/ul>
Desired Skills & Competencies
<\/h3> Valuable understanding of climate change, biodiversity, and environmental awareness concepts.
<\/p> <\/li> Robust communication and presentation skills for engaging students and school authorities.
