Job description:

Job Title: outreach officer – SVF Product

Location: Indore

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Department: Sales & Business Development

About the Role:

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell SVF (advanced healthcare therapy) services/products. The role involves handling leads, client communication, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients/patients

Explain SVF products/services and address patient queries

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and digital outreach

Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems

Conduct consultations and present suitable solutions to clients

VC scheduling of patients with inhouse doctors’ team

Build and maintain solid client relationships

Coordinate with marketing team for lead flow and campaigns

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline

0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or back office customer support

Robust communication, convincing, and negotiation skills

Comfortable with calling and customer interaction

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Healthcare/wellness sales experience will be an added advantage

Well versed with english & hindi communication. (Any south india language will be added advantage)
