Event Management Executive Night Shift Indore

Key Responsibilities1. Event Planning & Coordination Plan and manage HR-related events such as: Employee engagement activities Training sessions and workshops Recruitment drives and campus hiring events Corporate celebrations (annual day, festivals, etc.) Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams Employee Engagement Design activities that boost morale and workplace culture Gather employee feedback and improve future events Promote participation across departments Recruitment Events Organize job fairs and walk-in interviews Coordinate with colleges for campus placements Manage onboarding events and orientation programs Communication & Promotion Create internal communication for events (emails, posters, announcements) Collaborate with marketing/branding teams for event promotion Ensure explicit communication with all stakeholders Budget & Vendor Management Handle event budgets and cost tracking Negotiate with vendors (catering, venues, décor, etc.) Ensure timely payments and contracts Compliance & Reporting Ensure events follow company policies and legal guidelines Prepare reports on event success (attendance, feedback, ROI)

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/event management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in HR or event management (0–5 years depending on role level)
