The intern will assist in literature reviews, experimental work, data collection, analysis, and scientific documentation while working closely with faculty members and research scholars. Key Responsibilities Conduct literature reviews and gather scientific references from journals and databases. Assist in formulation development and laboratory experiments. Record, organize, and analyze research data accurately. Support preparation of research reports, presentations, and publications. Maintain laboratory records and documentation. Assist in data interpretation and statistical analysis. Follow laboratory safety protocols and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Collaborate with research teams on ongoing projects. Required Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed B.Pharm, Life Sciences, or related disciplines. Strong interest in pharmaceutical research and development. Basic understanding of formulation development and analytical techniques. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and scientific databases. Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of research methodology. Experience with data analysis software. Scientific writing and documentation skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
