Job description We are a fast-growing startup based in India looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder/CEO. This is a high-impact role that requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the right hand to the CEO, ensuring effective time management, communication flow, and operational support. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones (including global clients/investors).
- Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements—flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries.
- Draft and manage email communications, business presentations, reports, and investor decks.
- Liaise with investors, partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding new hires, and managing confidential documentation.
- Track project timelines, set reminders, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle personal and professional tasks that enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. Candidate Requirements: Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience supporting a C-level executive, preferably in a startup, tech, or VC-backed environment.
- Fresher's with strong management skills is welcome
- Prior experience with Indian business operations and familiarity with global etiquette. Skills & Tools:
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail).
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, Notion, Trello, and WhatsApp for Business.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and time-sensitive decision-making.
- Comfortable managing tasks under pressure and with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualities:
- Previous exposure to investor relations, pitch decks, or fundraising documentation.
- Startup hustle mindset—flexible, adaptive, and action-oriented.
- Ability to work odd hours occasionally, especially during fundraising or product launches.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., Hindi + English or regional language skills) are a bonus. What We Offer:
