Senior Accounts Executive (Indore)

Job Title: Senior Finance Executive Location: Indore (Onsite) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliances, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books or Tally and strong knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities using Zoho Books/Tally Handle GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliances Process vendor payments, invoices, reimbursements, and expense records Support month-end closing and MIS report preparation Maintain accurate financial records and compliance documentation Coordinate with auditors, CAs, vendors, and internal teams Assist in payroll inputs and employee reimbursement processes Prepare reports and financial data using Excel/Google Sheets Monitor payables, receivables, and support cash flow tracking Guide junior team members when required Key Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting and finance operations Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Tally, or similar software Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills Robust attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks independently Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred Apply at Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mtvox
