Safety Officer (Indore)

- Ensure implementation of all safety policies and procedures at the plant/site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees.
- Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare corrective action reports.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and maintain safety equipment.
- Coordinate with departments for emergency preparedness and fire safety measures.
- Maintain compliance with Factory Safety norms and government regulations.
- Candidates should have experience in manufacturing/factory safety operations with valuable communication and reporting skills.
