Role Description This is a full-time, in office Quality Inspector role based in Indore. The Quality Inspector will perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities include using measurement tools and inspection equipment, documenting inspection results, and reporting non-conformities to supervisors and quality management. The role involves collaborating with production teams to identify root causes of defects, supporting corrective and preventive actions, and helping maintain quality records and documentation. The Quality Inspector will also assist in implementing quality procedures, participating in internal audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quality Control and Inspection, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management practices, including documentation, audits, and compliance with organizational procedures.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for identifying defects, determining root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and basic statistical quality tools is preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, metals, defence, or coinage industries is an advantage.
- Relevant technical diploma, degree, or vocational qualification in engineering, metallurgy, or a related field is preferred.
