Job Title: PR/IR Manager Location: Indore (On-Site)/ Mumbai Experience Required: 7+ Years Department: Corporate Communications Type: Full-Time Role Overview: Were looking for a dynamic Corporate Communication Manager to shape and elevate Micro Mitti’s voice in the public and investment domain. This is a high-ownership role where you will lead storytelling for media, investors, and stakeholders – building strong narratives and managing relationships that drive trust, visibility, and long-term value. Key Responsibilities: Public Relations (PR)
- Build relationships and secure media opportunities with national media, journalists, and influencers in business, startup, personal finance and real estate domains
- Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders such as customers, investors, local media and authorities
- Active approach towards securing national and international events and positioning our founder as guests , panelists, standalone speaker and committee member
- Draft press releases, articles, blogs, and event write-ups that align with the brand voice.
- Manage and create weekly MIS, monthly and quarterly reports
- Manage interviews, press conferences, and speaking engagements for the leadership team.
- Monitor media coverage and manage crisis communication when required
- Stay current on Micro Mitti businesses, relevant industries and competitors and use your knowledge to develop comprehensive, strategic, and integrated communications programs that complement the client s business objectives and deliver results.
- Actively leveraging our existing platforms- Youtube , Linkedin, Instagram, Whatsapp communities and Micro Mitti podcast
- Timely Decision Making The ability to identify a problem and find solutions. Makes decisions in a timely manner, using available information and under tight deadlines.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills including development of various types of materials such as Q&A;, key messages, holding statements, press release etc.
- Be able to support the senior managers and leaders in resolving issues
- Help develop media strategies, write pitch letters, and respond to media queries.
- Stay updated on social media channels, trends and analytical tools and make recommendations to strengthen our capabilities.
- Support the digital media strategy implementation.
- You must possess a strong familiarity with how Generative AI tools are used across communications programmes, especially in planning, research, ideation, content creation, and daily operations.
- Be proactive in understanding business, securing current opportunities and have a 360 degree approach towards media landscape Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or investor relations.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills (English proficiency is a must).
- Understanding of finance, investments, and the real estate ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills :Active listening, Emotional intelligence ,Clear & persuasive communication, Relationship building, Adaptability, Conflict resolution, Decision-making under pressure,Influence & negotiation, Presence & situational awareness
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Google spreadsheet.
