Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of non-voice BPO processes, managing a team to ensure achievement of performance goals, analyzing and optimizing workflow and processes to enhance efficiency, ensuring client requirements are met, and reporting operational performance metrics to senior management. The role also involves maintaining quality assurance standards and identifying areas for improvement within existing processes. Qualifications
- Proven experience in BPO operations, specifically within non-voice processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in process improvement techniques and operational optimization
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with performance data
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
