Industry: Real Estate Qualification: CA / MBA Finance / CMA Preferred We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & MIS Manager to join our Real Estate Group. The role involves handling financial reporting, MIS reconciliation, loan & liability management, investor data maintenance, and transaction approval workflows while supporting senior leadership with accurate financial insights. Key Responsibilities MIS Reconciliation & Verification Loan & Liability Management GPR Preparation Deal Evaluation & Target Mail HNI Investment Data Management Incentive & Brokerage Verification NOC, Cancellation, Refund & Reversal Approvals Project Financial Coordination & Reporting Required Skills Solid knowledge of MIS reporting & financial reconciliation Experience in real estate accounting & deal structures Advanced MS Excel & ERP proficiency Understanding of RERA regulations & loan documentation Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Excellent communication & presentation abilities Ability to handle confidential investor & HNI financial data Preferred Candidate 2–5 years of finance experience in the real estate sector Experience in MIS, deal evaluation & investor management Strong attention to detail with ability to manage large datasets Pay: Up to ₹64,000.00 per month Application Question(s)
