Hiring: CO2 MIG Welder Location: Pithampur Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month Experience Required: 2–3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced CO2 MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in Pithampur. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CO2 and MIG welding processes, the ability to read technical drawings, and a strong focus on quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform CO2 and MIG welding on metal components and structures
- Read and understand engineering drawings and welding specifications
- Ensure proper welding quality and finishing as per production standards
- Inspect welded joints for defects and perform corrections if required
- Handle welding tools, machines, and related equipment safely
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the work area
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to complete assigned work on time Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in CO2/MIG welding
- Knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and measurements
- Good understanding of metal fabrication processes
- ITI Welder or relevant technical qualification preferred Job Details
