Job Summary The Project Executive will be responsible for conducting site inspections, quality audits, and progress reviews for ongoing retail and interior projects. The role involves regular market visits, coordination with vendors and branch teams, and ensuring execution quality as per company standards.The candidate should be comfortable with extensive travelling, site coordination, reporting, and monitoring execution activities across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Site Inspections&Audits Conduct site visits for outlet recce, ongoing work inspections, and final quality checks. Monitor execution work at sites and ensure adherence to approved standards and timelines. Identify execution gaps, quality issues, and non-compliance during site inspections. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely corrective actions.Work Progress Monitoring Track ongoing projects and maintain regular updates on work status. Conduct Work-in-Progress (WIP) audits and share observations with stakeholders. Verify execution quality of fixture installation, branding, repair, and civil/interior works. Final Quality Check&Closure Perform final audits before project handover/completion. Ensure all work is completed as per approved scope and quality standards. Validate completion status and support closure documentation. Photo Audits&Reporting Capture and maintain pre/post execution photographs of sites. Prepare and share audit reports, WIP trackers, and market visit reports. Maintain proper documentation and update project trackers regularly. Prepare fortnightly and monthly PPT/MIS reports for management review. CoordinationCoordinate with vendors, branch teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution. Follow up on pending observations and ensure timely resolution. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Designing, Architecture, or related field preferred. Candidates with relevant site execution or audit experience may also apply.Experience 2–4 years of experience in interior fit-outs, project audits, site inspection, retail execution or quality checks. Experience in field visits, vendor coordination, and reporting is preferred. Required Skills Basic understanding of interior/site execution work. Attention to detail and qualitychecking.Good coordination and follow-up skills. Ability to prepare reports and maintain trackers. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple site visits and travel frequently.
