Responsibilities: Manage multiple centers to ensure uniformity in standards- same uniforms, language, front office appearance, and processes across all locations.​ Implement strict SOPs and systems to maintain consistency and ensure teams follow procedures exactly.​ Oversee operations for compliance, training, and performance.Handle system processes, audits, and daily management for seamless multi-center operations.​ Develop, update, and implement SOPs, process flows, checklists, and quality controls across locations. Coordinate cross-functional teams for operational alignment and consistency. Train teams on processes, monitor compliance via audits, and address gaps for efficiency.Support new outlet launches with established systems and standards. Take complete ownership of centre operations. Qualifications: Expertise in Business Administration, Operations, Retail, Hospitality, or related field. 1-6 years of experience in managing multi-location operations (retail, wellness, hospitality, aviation, salon or F&B). Proven SOP creation, process implementation, and operational control expertise. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and training skills.
