The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, managing budgets, implementing construction safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. The role also requires collaboration with various stakeholders and optimization of project workflows.Qualifications Should have a minimum experience of 15 years of the real estate industry (Colony Development) Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead construction teams. Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control to ensure projects are completed within allocated resources and timelines.Comprehensive knowledge of Construction and Construction Safety standards and practices. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Familiarity with construction tools and project management software is an advantage.Demonstrated ability to adapt to on-site challenges and a commitment to quality and safety.
