As we grow, building a strong online presence and community remains a key priority.Role Overview We are currently looking for a Customer Associate (Remote) with strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette. This is a full-time, 3-month contractual role , where the primary responsibility will be conducting surveys over phone calls and interacting with customers professionally.Key Responsibilities Conduct surveys and interact with customers via phone calls. Communicate clearly and professionally in both Hindi and English. Maintain a polite and customer-friendly approach during calls. Record responses and maintain accurate data using MS Excel and MS Word. Ensure timely completion of tasks and proper follow-ups.What We are Looking For : Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) required; higher qualifications preferred. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English . Good telephone etiquette and listening skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word . Good typing speed and accuracy.Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Preferred Skills Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or survey roles. Confidence in handling conversations over calls. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
