Strong SQL skills, including performance tuning and complex transformations (CTEs, window functions). Demonstrated experience building KPI frameworks and partnering with stakeholders to define metrics and data definitions.Experience with data modeling concepts (star/snowflake), especially for analytics use cases. Experience implementing security concepts (RLS, permissions, groups, SSO integration). lead end-to-end Tableau development: requirements gathering, dashboard design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Build executive and operational dashboards with strong UX, accessibility, and clear storytelling. Design and optimize Tableau data models using extracts, live connections, joins/relationships, and calculations (LOD, table calcs). Create and maintain Tableau data sources, certified datasets, and reusable templates to improve consistency and adoption.Optimize performance (workbook size, queries, extracts, context filters, data source tuning, caching best practices). Partner with data engineers to define data pipelines, semantic layers, and data quality checks that support reporting needs.
