Location: Canada We are seeking a Logistics Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations, ensuring efficient transportation and storage of goods, and optimizing supply chain processes. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to logistics.Lead and mentor the logistics team to enhance their performance and professional growth. Negotiate contracts and agreements with logistics service providers. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 4-8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, transportation management systems). Excellent analytical skills to assess logistics performance and identify improvements. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools. Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage vendor relationships.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
