About Role We are looking for a highly driven and structured Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects, ensure timely execution, and drive alignment across teams. The role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving ability, and a keen eye for process improvement to deliver business objectives efficiently.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple projects/programs from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, R&D, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless execution Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively address risks and bottlenecks Drive program governance, including regular reviews, reporting, and stakeholder updates Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivityEnsure alignment of program objectives with overall business strategy Manage vendor/partner coordination, if applicable Maintain proper documentation of project plans, reports, and outcomes Support leadership with data-driven insights and decision-making Key Skills&Competencies: Strong project and program management skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities High ownership and accountability Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and planning skillsProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools Qualifications&Experience: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering / Management / related field MBA or equivalent qualification preferred 3–8 years of experience in program/project management (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG/consumer goods) Experience in cross-functional project execution is a must Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, etc.) Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
