Job Title: Data Engineer / Data Scientist– Trainer Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Indore (Night Shift) Timings - 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer / Data Scientist – Trainer with strong expertise in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and AI/ML concepts. The candidate willbe responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training and preparing candidates for roles ranging from Data Analyst to Data Scientist .Key Responsibilities Deliver training on Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning concepts Design and implement structured training programs and learning paths Conduct hands-on sessions using tools like Python, SQL, Pandas, and NumPy Provide training on real-world datasets and project-based learningGuide candidates on AI/ML models and their practical applications Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and track candidate progress Mentor candidates and resolve technical queries effectively Required Skills&Qualifications Strong knowledge of Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy , and related tools Good understanding of data processing, data pipelines, and ETL concepts Familiarity with AI/ML algorithms and real-world use casesExcellent communication and presentation skills Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring Experience working on real-world data projects Knowledge of advanced tools/libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar)Additional Expectations Ability to handle training sessions independently Strong problem-solving and doubt-resolution skills Focus on practical, job-oriented training and placement readiness Salary Competitive salary based on experience and interview performance
