Job Title: Java Developer– Trainer Employment Type: Full-Time (Night shift ) Location: Indore Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Java Developer – Trainer who can deliver high-quality training on Core and Advanced Java concepts along with relevant frameworks. The role focuses on providing practical, job-oriented training and preparing candidates for real-world development roles.Key Responsibilities Deliver training on Core Java, Advanced Java , and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate Design and conduct practical sessions, assignments, and mock interviews Guide candidates from basic to intermediate/advanced levels Provide hands-on training on real-time projects and application developmentAddress candidate queries and provide continuous mentorship Evaluate candidate progress and provide feedback for improvement Required Skills&Qualifications Strong expertise in Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, and Hibernate Hands-on experience in real-world Java application development Good understanding of OOP concepts, collections, multithreading, and APIs Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical mannerPreferred Qualifications Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching Experience in preparing candidates for job-oriented roles Exposure to industry best practices and coding standards Additional Expectations Confident in handling training sessions independently Strong problem-solving and doubt-resolution skillsFocus on practical learning and placement readiness Salary Competitive salary based on experience and interview performance
