Job description Roles and Responsibilities Manage concrete admixture sales to customers, including builders, contractors, and developers. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals. Identify new sales opportunities through market research, trade shows, and industry events.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in retail sales, admixture sales, construction chemicals, or related fields.Strong understanding of building materials such as cement, steel, tiles, paints etc. . Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
