Key Responsibilities: 1. Technology Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company business objectives. Oversee the end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of the loan marketplace platform. Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance the platform's efficiency and userexperience. Ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of technology infrastructure. 2. Product Development&Innovation: Lead the development of frontend and backend applications for the loan marketplace. Drive innovation in digital lending solutions, enhancing customer journeys and automation. Oversee API integrations with lenders, financial institutions, credit bureaus, and third- party service providers.Ensure compliance with fintech regulations and industry standards. 3. Team Management&Collaboration: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team comprising developers, engineers, and product managers. Collaborate with business, product, and operations teams to define product roadmaps and technical requirements. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the techteam. 4. System Architecture&Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, high-availability, and secure architecture for fintech products. Oversee cloud infrastructure management, data security, and disaster recovery planning. Ensure optimal performance of backend systems, databases, and microservices. 5. Data Security&Compliance: Ensure robust cybersecurity frameworks and data protection policies are in place. Maintain compliance with financial regulations (RBI guidelines, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.). Implement risk mitigation strategies to protect customer and transactional data. 6. Performance Monitoring&Optimization: Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms to track system performance and uptime. Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. Optimize software development processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to- market.
