Work closely with your team(s) Product Manager and Architect to define your team(s) roadmap and goals Build, support and enhance our culture of inclusion in 1:1s and team settings. Collaborate with other teams, such as Customer Support, Customer Success, Product Management, and Professional ServicesDeliver on our product roadmaps by guiding development teams to embrace the highest of standards of quality and consistent delivery. Lead by example and foster an environment of continuous improvement, feedback, and accountability We'd Love to See 2+years managing a development team 2+ years software development experience on front end code or component UI library or design systemDemonstrated ability to mitigate risks in software development lifecycle Experience executing a SaaS product roadmap and improving software delivery Experience with developer recruitment, mentoring, and professional growth Experience with Agile Software Development Our salaries are tailored to roles, levels and locations.
