General Manager – Finance & Accounts Location: Indore Company: Patel Motors Job Summary Patel Motors is seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead the finance function of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, managing financial planning and reporting, and leading the accounts team to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all Finance & Accounts operations across the organization.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory regulations, and corporate policies.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor internal controls and implement financial best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure timely closure of accounts and financial reporting.
- Manage taxation, audits, and statutory filings. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the Automobile Industry will be preferred. Skills Required
