Role overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Graphic) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to create engaging digital experiences that align with business goals and enhance user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities – Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and aesthetics. – Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. – Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and consistent implementation. – Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve product experience. – Maintain and enhance the company’s brand guidelines across digital platforms. – Design graphics for marketing materials, social media, banners, and other promotional assets. – Ensure responsive design across multiple devices and screen sizes. – Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field. – 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. – Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. – Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. – Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs. – Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. – Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. – Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
