Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Indore. The Telecaller will make outbound calls to prospective learners and clients to introduce The Trading Institute’s financial market education programs and services. The role involves maintaining accurate call logs, updating the CRM or lead management system, and following up with leads in a timely and professional manner. The Telecaller will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet enrollment targets, share feedback from prospects, and support promotional campaigns as needed. Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills in English and Hindi. Customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a courteous and qualified phone manner. Basic sales and persuasion skills, including handling objections and guiding prospects toward enrollment decisions. Comfort using telecalling tools, CRM or lead management systems, and basic office software (spreadsheets, email, etc.). Good organizational and time management skills, including managing call lists and follow-ups efficiently. Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to performance targets. Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or call centers is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in any discipline is an advantage. Interest in financial markets and willingness to learn about trading and investment education programs. Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹15,000
