Vishay Components, India is currently seeking applicants for Officer Maintenance Position. Job Base Location- Loni Kalbhor, Pune What you will be doing:
- Planning and executing assigned maintenance processes ensures completion and respective documentation.
- Analyzing technical problems on site, and completing maintenance procedures or repairs, according to plan.
- Overseeing or executing ramp up, setting up and starting procedures to prepare machines and equipment for operations.
- Contributing to installation projects on site and supporting accountable Industrial Engineers.
- Supporting maintenance of technical documentations of processes and equipment.
- The Technician: Provides routine technical maintenance in an assigned technical area (in production or logistics), with different machines. Or: Serves with inbound, FAQ-based 1-st level customer service for incidents occurring on a regular base, for an assigned application, type of equipment, production line, etc.
- Utilizes solution patterns (technical procedures, methods and tools, technical instructions) effectively.
- Follows work instructions, maintenance and repair procedures are provided to provide reliable service.
- Documents work and results in the systems.
- Beside regular duty, his vital role will be design & development of tooling's, machine spares. He will be responsible for the prototype to execution phase. What will you bring along:
- Required DME / BE in mechanical engineering with 3-5 Yrs of work experience.
- Having knowledge & hands on experience on different design software AutoCAD, Solid edge/ Inventor.
- He should be conversant with designing of die & punch.
- Should have knowledge of Jigs & fixtures.
- Should have knowledge of GD & T.
- Should possess knowledge of designing different cam profiles & critical spares parts.
- Should be conversant with different machining processes like milling, grinding, welding etc.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance processes like PM, Overhauling, breakdown maintenance & QMS will be added advantage.
