Ensure implementation of all safety policies and procedures at the plant/site. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Monitor workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation. Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees. Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare corrective action reports. Ensure proper usage of PPE and maintain safety equipment. Coordinate with departments for emergency preparedness and fire safety measures. Maintain compliance with Factory Safety norms and government regulations. Candidates should have experience in manufacturing/factory safety operations with valuable communication and reporting skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
