Role Description

This is a full time remote role for a Senior .NET Programmer interested in leading the transformation of Compliance Watchdog products with AI technologies. The individual will design, develop, and implement AI-driven features within the software, apply best practices in .NET development, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams. Responsibilities include software development, debugging, performance optimization, and ensuring adherence to coding standards for scalable and secure solutions.

Qualifications

Robust foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and core Programming principles

Proven experience in Software Development with a focus on efficiency and reliability

Proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks

Analytical problem-solving skills and familiarity with AI integration into software systems

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead projects and guide teams

Passion for innovation and staying updated on emerging technologies

Experience in the healthcare or compliance industry is a plus
