Role Description

This is a full time remote role for a Graphic Designer (Images, Video & Animation) for Digital Ads at Washzi. The Designer will create the visual assets used in advertising campaigns built and run by our marketing team across Google, Tik Tok, Apple, You Tube, and Facebook, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement. Daily tasks include designing static and animated creatives, developing short-form video content, optimizing assets for the formats and sizes each of these platforms supports, and iterating based on feedback from the marketing team. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into transparent visual concepts, maintaining brand guidelines, and managing project timelines from concept through final delivery.

Qualifications


• Strong graphic design skills for creating visually engaging ad assets and campaign visuals


• Experience maintaining a cohesive brand and visual identity across images, video, and animation


• Proficiency in industry-standard design and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)


• Experience creating short-form video, image and animated content for Google, Tik Tok, Apple, You Tube, and Facebook ads


• Understanding of the creative specs each platform requires and how to design assets that perform


• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad creatives, animation, and video work


• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines


• Clear visual communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback constructively

Compensation: $300 to $600 per month, negotiable based on experience.
