About the Role As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Battron in the market — generating leads, acquiring dealers and customers, and driving battery sales across both B2B and B2C channels. It is an on-field role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, travelling, and earning more through performance. Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and acquire new dealers, retailers and customers in the assigned territory.
• Drive B2B sales to dealers, e-rickshaw OEMs and fleet operators, and B2C sales to drivers and owners.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations and follow-ups to close sales and meet monthly targets.
• Explain product features — battery capacity, BMS protection, warranty and finance/EMI options — and address customer queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, drivers and finance partners.
• Coordinate with the service team for after-sales support, exchanges and warranty cases.
• Gather market intelligence on competition, pricing and customer needs, and report to the manager.
