About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven System Administrator to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot our Sales Force Automation (SFA) ecosystem, with a strong focus on the Bizom platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth workflow management within Bizom, handling glitch rectification, tracking real-time inventory, and ensuring seamless coordination between the field sales team and backend operations. Key ResponsibilitiesBizom Platform & Workflow Management
- Manage, configure, and maintain daily workflows and operational business rules within the Bizom platform.
- Monitor data synchronization and ensure system stability for field users.
- Map custom business logic within the application, including schemes, discounts, and approval hierarchies.
- Track pending and processed entries within the platform to maintain operational efficiency. Glitch Rectification & Technical Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving application glitches and errors within Bizom.
- Coordinate closely with the Bizom technical support team to escalate and resolve complex system bugs or performance issues.
- Provide timely troubleshooting support to the field sales team and internal stakeholders facing application issues. Inventory & Stock Monitoring
- Configure and monitor real-time stock visibility within the Bizom system.
- Coordinate with warehouse/stock teams to maintain accurate stock updates and avoid discrepancies.
- Generate stock movement, availability, and system utilization reports for management review. Data Validation & Analysis
- Cross-verify sales data booked via the application against internal tracking metrics.
- Identify data gaps, mismatches, and operational bottlenecks through regular system analysis. UAT & Stakeholder Coordination
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any new feature rollouts, updates, or custom configurations within Bizom.
- Train and support field teams on new features, workflows, or troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain strong coordination between the internal IT team, sales team, and the external Bizom vendor. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience (Freshers with strong analytical skills or relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities to resolve technical issues quickly. Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Hands-on experience with the Bizom platform (up to 2 years preferred).
- Solid expertise in Bizom workflow management and troubleshooting system glitches.
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics, or Consumer Goods industry.
- Understanding of distributor management and field sales operations.
- Basic knowledge of data workflows and application behavior will be an added advantage. What We Offer
