Mobile Application Developer (Marol)

Job Title: App Developer Company: Transparent Capital Experience Required: 1–3 Years Job Summary: Transparent Capital is looking for a talented and motivated App Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. We are seeking a candidate with experience in a Fintech-based company and strong knowledge of Full Stack Development, including React.js, Node.js, Frontend, and Backend Development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable applications, have a good understanding of modern development practices, and be able to contribute to both mobile/web application development and backend systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web and application-based solutions
- Work on both frontend and backend development
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js
- Develop server-side logic, APIs, and integrations using Node.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
- Participate in code reviews and maintain development best practices
- Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability
- Work on fintech-related product features and modules Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience as an App Developer / Full Stack Developer
- Prior experience in a Fintech-based company is preferred
- Strong knowledge of React.js
- Strong knowledge of Node.js
- Positive understanding of Frontend Development
- Good understanding of Backend Development
- Experience with API integration and database handling
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Understanding of application deployment and version control tools like Git
- Robust communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building scalable fintech products
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes
