Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Bhopal. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing HR best practices, handling employee relations, and providing strategic HR guidance. The role involves collaborating with leadership on organizational development initiatives and fostering a productive and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering workplace engagement
- Knowledge of performance management, compliance, and labor law practices
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to design and implement HR policies and strategies
- Capability to create a positive and diverse work environment
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
