Job Title: Senior Commercial Executive Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Department: Commercial Reports To: Head Commercial About the Role We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Senior Commercial Executive to manage commercial operations related to CSA (Carrying & Stocking Agents), Super Stockists (SS), and Distributors (DB). The role involves overseeing secondary supply chain operations, nancial reconciliations, claims management, credit monitoring, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in commercial processes, accounting practices, Tally ERP, and hands-on experience in managing channel partners. Key Responsibilities 1. Commercial Operations & Secondary Supply Management Monitor CSA and Super Stockist (SS) operations within the assigned zone. Coordinate with CSA/SS for secondary supply, transportation, secondary freight, inventory, and payment collection. Ensure adherence to companys credit policy by monitoring SS credit. Conduct physical stock verication at CSA/SS locations and monitor stock ageing reports. Verify damages/expired stocks at CSA/SS and process timely returns to CSA/plant. 2. Financial Management & Reconciliation Prepare SS/DB outstanding statements, circulate to the sales team, and ensure strict follow-up for timely collection. Prepare CSA outstanding summaries and track timely credit in company accounts. Reconcile CSA/SS accounts and ensure accuracy of nancial transactions. Process monthly TDS booking and follow-up on all accounts-related queries with CSA/SS. 3. Claims, Schemes & Documentation Process and check SS secondary claims and issue credit notes. Manage purchase booking for SS in Tally ERP. Prepare schemes and issue related credit notes. Verify and process secondary freight claims of CSA/SS. Handle booking of return stock in SS/CSA Tally and issue credit/debit notes for rate dierences. Process SS F&F; verication and related claims. 4. Systems, Compliance & Support Resolve CSA/SS queries related to Tally, stock, schemes, and software issues via AnyDesk support. Guide CSA/SS teams on E-way Bills and E-Invoicing requirements. Conduct timely account reconciliations and ensure compliance with company commercial policies. 5. Reporting & Analysis Prepare MIS reports and summaries as required by management. Conduct stock ageing analysis of CSA/SS and share follow-ups with the responsible teams. Provide regular insights and data support for commercial decision-making. Key Skills & Competencies Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and commercial accounting practices. Hands-on experience with CSA/SS/Distributor operations and secondary supply chain management. Excellent skills in MS Excel, reporting, and MIS preparation. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive timely results. Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration. Qualification & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration. 5 to 8 years of experience in commercial operations, distribution management, or channel partner accounting. Prior experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Manufacturing sector preferred. Prociency in Tally ERP and exposure to commercial compliance is a must. Why Join Us?
