Business Development Manager- Inspection Body (Indore)

Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who has worked specifically in the inspection services domain. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of inspection processes and compliance standards, combined with proven business development skills. (ISO Prefferred) Note: Only candidates with prior BD experience in the inspection industry (Warehouse Inspection / Electrical Safety Audit) will be considered. General sales profiles will not be shortlisted. Key Responsibilities 1. Identify and acquire new clients in need of inspection and certification services 2. Drive business growth specifically in Warehouse Inspection and Electrical Safety Audit verticals 3. Build and maintain strong client relationships across industries 4. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with compliance and inspection service offerings 5. Coordinate with the technical/operations team to ensure smooth service delivery Required Skills & Qualifications 1. Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience in the inspection services industry 2. Hands-on knowledge of Warehouse Inspection processes and standards 3. Understanding of Electrical Safety Audit procedures and requirements 4. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in the TIC sector 5. Proven track record in B2B client acquisition and lead generation 6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills 7.
